Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: You will be receiving your tracking number within 3 - 5 days after your order was placed. We normally send it after production is finished. Please wait a little longer for your tracking number to be sent to you via email.
Q: How do I contact you?
A: Please visit our contact page and choose the contact method that most suits your fancy.
Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed Monday-Friday within 3 business days from when the order was placed and normally ships via USPS First Class mail. Once domestic orders are processed for shipping they can normally take 3-5 additional business days to arrive once the order leaves our warehouse (please note: we are closed on Weekends and Major Holidays). APO/FPO addresses are okay. International orders take between 5-20 business days, depending on how close you are to California, USA.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yep! International orders ship via USPS International First Class and take between 5 to 20 business days. Please note, any duties or fees related to your country are not covered by Shirt Up Now and shall be paid by the recipient if applicable.
Q: Can I return or exchange something?
A: Yes! We have a 30 satisfaction guarantee and we want you to be totally satisfied with your order. Visit the returns page for details on how to exchange or return an item. NOTE: Items purchased on SALE cannot be returned.
Q: I want to change/edit my order?
A: We strive to provide the best customer service and get our customers exactly what they order in the most efficient and timely manner, and to do this we have to cut off order changes after 24 hours.
If you placed your order within the last 24 hours, we would be happy to change your order. Just send us an email to support@RightClickToday.com, and let us know what changes you want made.
If it has been MORE than 24 hours:
If this is still not the item you want, you may ship it back to us once you receive it for a full refund of your items only. We will not refund you shipping charges for sending your item back to us. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to hit your account.
Q: I ordered __ weeks ago, where is my order?
A: If it has been more then 2 weeks since you placed your order, that is weird so please go ahead and email us at support@RightClickToday.com with your name and order number and we'll figure it out.
Q: I ORDERED A SHIRT 4 HOURS AGO!!11! WHERE IS IT??? IMA CALL tHe t-SHIRt POLiCE!!!1

Q: Can I get a discount for ordering a lot of items?
A: Yes. If you plan on ordering 10 or more items please contact us so we can provide you with the appropriate Coupon Code, or take your order directly. If you own a store, please ask to be set up as a vendor for even greater savings.
Q: Is your online store safe to order from?

Q: Are RightClickToday coupon codes valid to all items on our store:
A: Coupon codes can be applied to regular priced items. RightClickToday coupon codes are invalid on items in the categories of SALE OFF and cannot be combined with any other offers/coupons/discounts.
